Ares M3A1 "Greese Gun"

Post by Tank » Tue Nov 16, 2010 12:58 pm

Ares is slated to release an AEG M3A1 "grease gun".
No release date, but it's coming.

If this thing is at all skirmish-able I'll have to pick one up.

Interesting. I am not sure about the battery in the magazine.

I would definitely like to get a skirmishable M3.

How will this be skrimishable at all if the battery is in the mag?

That depends on how they actually designed it.
I'm not against the idea of having battery in mag so long as the mag still holds a decent number of BBs.

People will say "but then you'll have to have a separate battery for every mag" but I already have a shit ton of batteries so it won't bother me.

I hope that it has some sort of contact system for the batteries so that you don't have to disconnect them to reload

Possibly reloading the gun from the bottom of the magazine while its still in the gun....
That would be different...
