Erik's Colt Commando

Post by Erik » Mon Oct 15, 2007 12:42 pm

Custom built by Tank.

G&P metal body
King Arms 10" barrel
3-prong flashider
G&P pistol grip
Marui XM177 stock
Real steel slipring

I used the Marui M4 handguards to maximize my battery options.

The only thing I have left to do is find the correct front pivot pin.

I thought back in nam they used the "triangle" handguard
So, as Woodstock rocked on and the boomers got all wild on their weed, the M16 continued to be, and continues to be, the military's weapon of choice - for some weird, unexplainable reason

I stand somewhat corrected.

That's very pretty Erik, it's inspiring me to get cracking on my vietnam impressions. Now if there was only a 'Nam-themed Op near-by.....
