One of our guys in the 9 SS just got one of these and I believe is going to be tricking it out. Should be a sweet gun. Can't wait to see it!

a "tricked out" Mp44? He better not be putting a scope on it!

Funny. No I was referring to the internals of the gun, not the outside :)

I think it would be interesting to try to convert a TM Type 89 into an SG (mp) 44 since they somewhat have similar builds, more similar at least IMHO then those converted AK's.

If you are tryng to get a WWII era airsoft gun for cheap you can pretty much forget about it unless you just want a 1911A1.

your bet bet would be to buy used from someone in the ww2aa (World War Two Airsoft Assoc.)

never thought wwII era guns would be so expensive he also like the fact that with the thompson he could dress up in a pin striped suit and shoot people with a tommy gun

is their any good priced wwII era weapons for around like 150$ maybe :/

ill have to ask him what else he wants and get back to ya

those Mp40s are nice, but they dont have highcaps for them and the mags that are availiable only hold about 50 rounds.

Really? I swore they had HiCaps at WGC.

Nope never mind. I just checked. All they had were 32rd mags.

Order from pointact. They have MP40 mags for $5 each. TOP made hicaps, I don't know if they work in the AGM though. The CYMA (not cybergun, the nazi company we all love to hate) M1A1 is $85 if you get it overseas. Link:

Top mags don't work in the AGM ones.

my best advice is, get the gun u want, yes the tm thompson is a bit expensive (but then again, airsoft aint cheap either) but winter is closing in, fields will start closing for the end of thjis years out door season, and things will slow down, so don't feel like u need to rush to get a weapon.

If you want to go this for cheap, get an AGM MP40, and pick up 10 MP40 mags.

If you order every thing from pointact (not sure whether they carry the MP40 you should be able to get it for relativly cheap.

I wouldnt get any fewer than 10 mp40 mags unless you like being combat innefective.

they hold 50 round a piece(50x10=500 rounds, plus the 50 round mag that comes with the gun means you have 550 rounds) This is about the same as can be carried in a single AK highcap, so you will still be under gunned IMHO, but you will in OK shape.

AGM M14 is a tight buy from what I hear. I have played with my buddies. And I like it. HiCaps are extremely cheap and you can fit an extremely large battery in the gun. It's heavy, but it is a bad ass. And accurate as hell.
