I may be wrong, but, I think that would either make you the first, or one of the first women to take BATC.

If you haven't attended BATC yet, and your questioning if it is worth the experience to even go.... Listen, I am Prior Military.. former Ranger from the 1st Ranger Bn. I mention this, because as you might not be aware that I have experienced alot of training in the military... This coarse, BATC, is like a mini Basic Training with advance infantry skills training. Put on by Erik, who is also prior military, GABE, Tank, and others. I for one will do this coarse again.. THAT IS HOW MUCH I FEEL THIS COARSE WILL BENEFIT YOU. Sign up as quick as they post this event. There are limited positions for this coarse, and from every one that I talked to, and who have posted already that they will go, this coarse will fill up quick.

I can not agree with this post more. I personally have taken this course twice. Each time I have taken it, it has been one of the best experiences in airsoft I have been through. If there is one thing I want to stress about this course more than anything, it is this: EVERYONE READING THIS POST CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM THIS COURSE. It does not matter if you are a military veteran, a Law enforcement officer, or a veteran of playing airsoft for many years. The skills you learn from this course will be worth your while, and you WILL learn something new from it. Erik is a great teacher, as are the rest of the cadre.

As always, depending on the dates, I'd do my best to make it. After doing a considerable amount of reading on the BATC Forum I really want to go. Hopefully once the dates get locked in I'll be able to get on the list to go.

UPDATE

It doesn't look good...the site is not available for any of the dates we were looking at. We could push into November, but that's really tempting fate with the weather (we've done way too many BATCs with snow on the ground).

I am looking into other options, but at this time it does not look like there will be a BATC this year. Sorry everyone.

Best way to become a member is to get known, play safe and have a lot of fun. Try to make it to our open sessions and introduce yourself to the members.

Eric,
Archangel,
Thank you for continuing to explore other options.
I for one have no reservations about training in the possible snow and cold.

My dedication to this sport and the mentorship of a great bunch of guys has gotten me this far and I am confident that i will make BACTC whatever it takes.
