Physical Training

Post by cmyonkoski » Fri Oct 14, 2011 9:50 pm

Most of the posts in this category are safety oriented, so I though I would ask if you guys have a physical fitness program, and if not, how do you stay in shape? Personally, I run cross country and have fairly good cardio and endurance because of it, but I struggle with upper body strength. I often don't have the time or motivation to do a lifting workout. So, what do you do?

P.S. I was unable to find a similar thread using the search box, so if this thread already exists I apologize and give the admins full authority to lock/delete this thread (not like they need my permission! :))

Thanks, I tried looking for a similar thread, but I guess I didn't search the correct words.
