HK416 Hi cap Mags

Post by gadget » Sun Apr 26, 2015 11:52 am

I know it can be tough to find mags that work well with the 416, just curious if anyone can recommend a hi cap that will work. My mid cap elite force's work great but would like to have a few hi caps on hand.

Thanks

the only restriction to the 416 is the most PMAG style magazines won't fit in the magazine well. any magazine that is based off of a standard stamped steel magazine should fit the magwell. then it's just down to testing different brand magazines to find which ones work the best with your gun as each gun has it's own quirks and even same branded guns sometimes prefer different magazine brands.

Azimuth Hicaps work as flawlessly as a TM.

G&P Hicaps are decent as well as Easy Co.

Others not so good on feeding...they tend to short feed the reservoir.
I rather use a "nightmare" that shoots like a dream over something that looks like a "dream" but shoots like a nightmare.

Don't fear the gun...fear the one that's wielding it!
