G&G Guns

Post by jmeyer15905 » Fri Jan 23, 2015 10:17 pm

Looking at buying a G&G as my first airsoft gun. Wondering what your guys' thoughts and reviews on G&G guns are?

I Use a G&G as my primary. Internally it runs great. The externals were really nice: Good feel, nice markings, etc. Unfortunately I ran it into a tree at 0˚ and the receiver and stock broke. Would it have been fine if it wasn't cold? Probably (the solid stock exploded on impact). Would it have been fine if I hadn't ran it into a tree in the first place? Yes.

Take this how you wish. I've never opened the mech box as there hasn't been a need to in the past ... six years? It was long before they had the sport line.

I have a G&G top tech M14EBR. the externals are superb and it runs nicely, though it is still fairly new and has seen very little use yet.

I've had a G&G full metal/wood AK-47 for almost 5 years and it still works great. :D

Deciding between G&G Combat Machine CM16 MOD0 Carbine and G&G FN SCAR-L Assault Rifle. Thoughts?

They all dispense the 6mm bb, so what it looks on the outside has no bearing on how it works on the inside.

Get what appeals to you cosmetically.
I rather use a "nightmare" that shoots like a dream over something that looks like a "dream" but shoots like a nightmare.

Don't fear the gun...fear the one that's wielding it!

It really just depends on what you want to do with it. Scars are a little less customizable as far as externals go.
