Nebelwerfer Tube Test

Post by Rekkon » Thu Jul 17, 2014 7:04 pm

Might as well post this here too. A while ago I contacted El Phantasamo about the prospect of building an airsoft nebelwerfer for WWII use. Last weekend he brought the prototype tube to Freefall for test firing.

The eventual idea is to have six of those tubes on a carriage and saturate an entire area with whistling death. In the video the rockets were clearing AEG range at 30 PSI and 75-80 degrees on the tube. BVR fire support is very possible.

Oh, the sound of six of these at once would be magical!

That is awesome! Would be so much fun in a game to be running while whistling foam death is raining down lol!

Those nerf football's make the perfect rounds for the Screaming Mimi. I'm now imagining 6 of them going off simultaneously.

That is exactly the thought that led to this build. Soon I shall rain doom down upon the filthy heads of my doomed enemies.
