My primary, G&P MOE M4. Not much internal changes, just a 6.01 tightbore, and lots of external stuff.

Part of the arsenal. D-boy AK74 with some internal work by Dan, G&G K98, ICS M1 Garand, Airow gun setup for airsoft, and Matrix RPG.

AFG's RULE!!!

in all seriousness.. if you use one, use it properly and train yourself, then try to go back to a normal vertical grip, you realise just how terrible a vertical grip really is. you can say what you will about MAGPUL, but they come up with some of the leading innovative products for modern tactical rifles and they have earned their spread in the market.

I agree. I never cared for Magpul products, but the more I use them the more I like them. The same goes for my T1's :D

I present to you, pure JG G36 beauty!!!

Group shot:

JG G36 with ARES AG36 Launcher:
Image
Just got everything put together today as the gun finally came in. Just need to get it rear-wired, and it'll be golden.

JG G36k gunner set-up:
Image
Literally just threw it together as the bipod handguard came off when the launcher went on the other. Have never tested it out, and yes, that's 3 high caps attached. Looks cool, but we'll see if it's even effective. Next gun shown below is how I ran the K as more of an assault role.
Image

JG G36c:
Image
Very basic. My first G36, but I feel it is not going to be used much anymore. Possibly going to sell.

JG G36c:
Image
Buddy gave this to me for parts. It is missing so many screws and gearbox is non-working. Might try to fix it "Frankengun" style in the future if I stumple upon another boneyard G36c or find an AK gearbox for cheap.

I added a MagPul MOE stock, AFG2, and trigger guard, SureFire G2X, 5.11 V-TAC sling, and Primary Arms M4 red dot sight. I'm thinking I'll add a MagPul PTS pistol grip at some point in the future.

The question: what is wrong with the set up of the gun. Answer it's not really the set up its more of the mag you used, you have a h&k 416 mag in a colt m4. Ik that its not that big of a deal, but when you spend $150 on a rail system you think you would use a generic ar 15 mag. The reason for posting this was to see if any one noticed it is all, nothing against you though. Get what I'm saying and doing?

Your gun looks amazing by the way.

I thought he started out with a king arms gun and then made it the way it is today. I dident know that Daniel defence makes rails for g&p, I thought every one buys them from the main store. Did the colt trade marks come with the g&p? Cause last time I checked you would have to take the body's from a king arms m4 and then put them on what ever gun you want. How much was the gun in all? Why do you have a vfc mag in a g&p?

There is no such thing as an "H&K 416 mag" - the HK416 uses NATO standard mags just like every other AR in the world. The mag pictured in my AEG is a MAG 100 round mid-cap patterned off the H&K steel AR mags that were considered to be pretty cool in the days before Pmags. I'm not even sure if they make them anymore ... these days the real H&K steel mags are generally considered to be no better than the standard aluminum GI mags despite being both heavier and more expensive.

Anyway, there's nothing wrong with the gun. H&K mags don't need to be matched with H&K receivers, just like MagPul mags don't need to be matched with MagPul receivers. Works that way with real-steel and airsoft.

The AEG is pretty much strait G&P. The only non-accessory things I changed are the buttstock and trigger guard, the receiver and rail are both stock G&P.

much ado about nothing I'd say...
STANAG mags are STANAG mags, doesn't matter if they're in an M4, an M16, an LR-300, an HK416, a MK18, a SCAR-16, an L-85/86/SA-80, a M249, an F-2000, an ACR, a FAMAS-G2, an TAR-21/MTAR-21, CETME-L, SIG-556, a MAGPUL PDR, and many many many more......

many different companies make or brand their own magazines for sale with the weapons... I myself have a stack of FN branded magazines that currently are only being used in a Kel-tec PLR-16. I know a guy that has a cheap little bushmaster that runs nothing but HK mags because he thinks they are better. the catch is that the geometry for them is standardized so they are ALL interchangeable (with a few rare exceptions)

Wow I like the look of the a&k when it's in a crate, it gives it that really cool military look.

OK, people, it's really not necessary to quote photos right after the post they were in. There's no reason to scroll past the same photos 3 times in a row.

May I ask you where you got that crate for your A&K M60? I am in need of a case for my M60 since the only other LMG case I have is taken up by my M249. And if you made it yourself, maybe I should make a trip to a home depot.

If I were you, I would make one. I made two big ammo style crates for about $30. Something smaller like that, probably will run about $15. Most places, like C&C, will charge you out the ass for a crate like that, if i recall.

It was a mortar box actually being sold at fleet farm for around $20. I just painted the outside green and got lucky with the size.

I think this needs to be said again. Please do not quote pics in your reply. It only makes for longer load times and unnecessary clutter. Simply referring to someone or quoted text will more than suffice, duders.

Thanks Gotchya. I don't mind if people quote photos from a previous page, or even much further up the page, as a reference to a question. But when it's immediately after the post it's just not necessary.

I cleaned up the thread.

I recently got a Maruzen PPK/s Movie Prop edition not too long ago. I was lucky enough to get it from a collector so he still had the original box, paperwork, and gun case for it. It has a very low fps since it is a Japanese made gun and the hop-up is a bit unpredictable so the range isn't very far, some shots go pretty far and pretty straight, but then some just fall down, it is still a neat little gun though. Here are some direct links to some pictures since for some reason the pictures are huge and most of them are cut off when I use BBCode:

It was a mortar box actually being sold at fleet farm for around $20. I just painted the outside green and got lucky with the size.

If that's it I think I'll just buy that for my M60 then.

That's the one
