Twin Cities Airsoft wishing to build 6,400sf barn for indoor

Twin Cities Airsoft is looking into buying pole barn kit from Menard's for $24,675.72

60' by 108' for a total of 6,480sf

The question is is this big enough to play in?

We have the land next to the container course to build this.

Link to Menard's page http://www.menards.com/main/p-2256206-c-9901.htm

Wish we could afford this 99' by 200' building at $112,772.79

6,400 sqft is a bit on the small side, but if handled properly thats not too big of an issue. you just can't expect to get 50 player games in a space that big.

on the flipside, if you put more than one large door on the building, you can build the field right up to and around the building for the summer months and incorporate it into the field of play fairly seamlessly, especially if you build small buildings right up to the doors.

My dad owns the same Menard's 60'x108' building at his cabin. I think about playing airsoft everytime I go in it. In my opinion, its too small to host games. I would say 10,000 sf is the min for indoor games.
Today's problems cannot be solved if we still think the way we thought when we created them.

Especially if there is no Staging...

How about finding another source for a cheaper barn?
