Re: GBBR questions.

Yup, I did a little digging, because I couldn't remember specific gripes about the KWA, but I mainly saw that they had great gas efficiency/mags but inconsistent hop ups, as in some people got great ones, others had to replace theirs.

Even KJW? I'm no expert, but I haven't heard of as many issues with KJWs as KWAs, and I frequent gasguns.info. Granted, it could be that gasguns posters aren't/weren't ready to accept the KWA and were avid in finding posts about broken guns. That just seemed to be the recurring theme of a few KWAvsK...

Re: Moving to MN, Have some questions...

If you really wanted some fire power in a GBBR, you could do the high cap mod and tap the mag to HPA. The high cap mod, essentially, is where the feed tube is bypassed to the feet tube of an adjacent high cap. I don't think its the most efficient way to go about it, but it should work. http://www.yo...

Re: CA G36 gearbox upgrade parts

Good parts suppliers are SHS and Lonex. I'd recommend the short Lonex A2 motor. I would have them in both of my guns if I didn't have so much money into my kit and still need more. SHS makes good gears, and you should go with the 13:1 gears for a faster rate of fire. Make sure they are either Gen.1 ...

If you're looking for a decent priced metal bodied gun, I'd reccomend the DBoys line of M4s and steel bodied AKs. The CYMA lineup above CM028 is pretty good as well. The newest CYMA models have the highest numbers, and if I recall correctly, the newest CYMA is the CM057 SVD. DBOYS M4 CASV http://www...

I wouldn't recommend getting the Tavor, because it has a microswitch trigger switch. In theory, it works fine, but there's lots of talk about ill reliability of the electrical system with them. Sort of, but you linked an original Panzerfaust. A Panzerfaust 44 isn't named for the year it was made, but it's caliber (44mm), though the 44 took inspiration from the original in terms of practicality and logistics. It is a West German AT system developed in the early '60's. The original Panzerfau...

Mmk, first things off the bat, you won't be getting 100 yard placed shots with a stock gun.

Secondly, I would just buy a cheap one. I got a TSD SD700, and its ok. It is VSR-10 compatible. I'd reccomend something cheap.

But, if you're planning to play with this, I'd recommend getting an AEG.

The two biggest things that I love about that thread are that:
a) he demands a mature buyer, yet proceeds to make jokes about the "buttplate", and
b) that the gun was shortened, so that he could attach mock suppressor, to return the gun to original length
