Re: DOA and bang kills.

In my opinion for indoor play, especially at an arena that is as close quarters as DOA, bang kills should be limited to when you sneak up on someone. I've seen too many people abuse the bang kill rule and blindly run into a room where they know someone is and yell bang. If you're effectively using c...

Re: Time For A Shotgun Question

Unless your looking from a protection standpoint you probably won't need a plate carrier for running a shotgun. Usually the most painful hits are in areas that a plate carrier doesn't cover anyways. That is unless your playing in a larger/longer op style game, in which case it might not be smart to ...

Re: Time For A Shotgun Question

If you want to run a shotgun for small games or cqb it can be a lot of fun. DE tri shot or similar (personally I like the shorter barreled on with a stock), Allen or similar elastic buttstock shell carrier, and a pack of shells. I found .25s to work the best for me with the hopup on the DE. .2s curv...

I've been having feeding problems with my WASR-2 and am looking for suggestions for a good gunsmith to get it up and running so that I can put it on the market. You can put a small lipo in them. I wired a small 7.4 900mah turnigy lipo into mine and was pleased with the increased trigger response, rof, and battery life. I was pleased with mine as a sidearm that I didn't need to worry about maintaining. Also worked well in cqb with a tm highcap. Had to pretty...

Personally I hate the bang kill rule as a whole. I understand and recognize the need for it, especially with how hot headed some of the guys who play are, but that doesn't mean I have to to like it. If you talking about the orange part of the barrel I don't think that it would hold up well to carrying the weight of a silencer because it's just a little extension that is glued onto the lower frame.
