I have that one works great, the bungee is very firm. I have mine just hooked into my rig very solid and I trust it enough. Also very convenient to take on and off.

-edit: I only use my ar-15 on it, Wouldn't trust it with a heavier gun. Just to put emphasis on Eriks post

I have been using the standard (plastic) MAG mid caps in my CA AR-15, they refuse to feed properly unless I push it forward about 1/4 an inch. there is also many devises that do the math for you, and you just plug in the information. Besides hand held devises I have seen a few Ipod apps don't know how well and of it works tho.
