Early in the war, they were issued woodland pattern MOPP suits. Not woodland BDUs.

Okay, I'll need to get some DCU pants to go with my top then. or should I just get full desert MARPAT? Why are you considering woodland pattern BDUs and desert gear? I wasn't. It wouldn't be bossing around. In fact, in my old team, we were all considered more or less equal, but the chain of command still existed. It was just a good way to prevent arguing about who's 'the leader' as for making friends, I've been playing in MN for 6 months, and don't even know anybody's nam...

Okay, I'll go with the DCU cover. I've seen a video with a Marine in 2003 with a chocolate chip cover, but I just wanted to be sure, and I guess DCU was more common. I've seen some pictures of Marines wearing woodland BDUs, but with desert MARPAT helmet covers. As for the gear, I'll see if I can fin...

The basic OG-107 uniform was pretty much the same through the war, but was more common than jungle fatigues early on. Jungle fatigues did evolve some, early ones had a few extra 'features' and exposed buttons, later ones were simplified and covered up the buttons. Camouflage in the early years tend...

If you have a buttpack you will need to adjust the ruck so the kidney pad sits above the web belt/top of the buttpack if you...
