There are people here who are more qualified than I to go into details about these types of issues. But that being said, I can't see California SB 798 having a positive effect in Minnesota or nation wide.

Metal spring guide with bearing, piston head with bearing, Mad Bull M120 spring. I might downgrade to M110 depending on the chronograph reading. The other nice thing about having the gears in a frame is that the anti-reversal latch and bevel gear stay in one place when putting the shell back together.

I have no idea what the a standard gear ratio is, this is the first time I've seen a product listed with it's gear ratio. Usally it just says fast or torque up with variations of "super", "double" and such. I'll go ahead and assume there are not many of us running around with these drop in gear sets...
